Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and support end-to-end recruitment activities from our Mumbai office.

The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for multiple openings, with opportunities to learn in a fast-paced TA environment. The ideal candidate should be passionate about recruitment, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable handling candidate follow-ups and operating in an ATS/recruitment system.

Qualifications

• Graduate or pursuing MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.
• Freshers with genuine interest in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment can apply.
• 0–1 year of recruitment/TA experience welcomed.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls with candidates.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, feedback, offers, and joining.
• Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment MIS.
• Update candidate status in recruitment systems/ATS.
• Support the TA team in closing open positions within timelines.
• Assist with other recruitment and HR activities as required.
