Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Trainee – Talent Acquisition to support our

recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role will provide hands-on

exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, stakeholder coordination, employer branding,

and candidate engagement. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a

proactive approach, and a keen interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding coordination.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other hiring channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain and manage candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS reports.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer rollouts.
• Support bulk hiring and lateral hiring initiatives across different business functions.
• Assist in campus hiring drives, walk-ins, and recruitment events.

Stakeholder Coordination:

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate with internal HR teams for onboarding and documentation processes.
• Ensure timely communication and closure of open positions.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

• Support employer branding initiatives through social media and campus engagement activities.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Assist in creating job postings and recruitment marketing content.

Recruitment Operations:

• Maintain accurate recruitment data and hiring trackers.
• Generate recruitment reports and dashboards for analysis.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

• MBA / PGDM specialization in Human Resources.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of recruitment experience can apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
