Job summary

FruitBowl Digital in Mumbai is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern focused on Talent Acquisition. You will gain exposure to end-to-end recruitment, interact with candidates, and support hiring managers.

You should have 3–6 months of internship experience in HR, hands-on with LinkedIn, Indeed and PyjamaHR, and own a laptop to perform tasks.

About The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to build a career in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition. If you're someone with good communication skills, enjoys interacting with people, and has prior internship experience in recruitment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, PyjamaHR, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Requirements

• 3–6 months of prior internship experience in HR/Talent Acquisition is mandatory.
• Hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, and PyjamaHR.
• Candidate must have thier own Laptop to use for this role.
• Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
