Enterprise Minds is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. You will source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals, screen resumes, and coordinate technical interviews for IT roles across global clients.

The role offers exposure to AI, automation, cloud, and data engineering hiring; candidates with 3 months to 1 year experience in IT recruitment and strong communication will fit well. Freshers with internship experience may also be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2 months to 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or IT Recruitment.
• Freshers with internship experience in recruitment may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist based on technical and business requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate communication, technical fit, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate technical interviews and maintain interview schedules.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS with accurate candidate information.
• Negotiate salary within company guidelines and assist in offer rollout.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
