Qualifications

• MBA in HR and IT background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates through portals, social media, and databases.
• Engage with AI tools for sourcing, screening, and data analysis to improve productivity.
• Screen and shortlist candidates via calls and initial discussions.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain ATS and assist in offer negotiations and closures.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands-on experience in sourcing and hiring for technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source IT candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases


• AI-driven and smart working approach, with hands-on familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and AI-powered sourcing/screening tools to improve recruitment productivity and efficiency.


• Ability to leverage AI tools for candidate sourcing, Boolean search, resume screening, market research, job description creation, candidate communication, and recruitment data analysis.


• Screen and shortlist candidates through calls and initial discussions


• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers


• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle


• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)


• Assist in offer negotiation and closure


• Handle document collection and verification


• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding


• Experience in IT Staff Augmentation will be an added advantage

Required Skills:
