Job summary

People Group in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra is hiring a recruitment professional focused on high-volume staffing. You will run mass sourcing campaigns, screen candidates quickly, coordinate numerous interviews, and maintain daily MIS metrics. This role requires strong communication and ability to meet tight joining timelines.

The position is office-based with no WFH option, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced BPO environment with shift flexibility and target-driven goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of recruitment experience, ideally in volume or BPO staffing.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities with a target-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with MS Excel and basic MS Office tooling.

Responsibilities

• Run mass recruitment campaigns via portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, walk-in drives, and employee referrals (high-volume sourcing).
• Conduct quick telephonic or virtual screening focused on spoken English proficiency, shift flexibility, and role fit.
• Coordinate large interview schedules, assessments, and line-manager interviews.
• Track daily joining metrics, minimize candidate drop-offs, and maintain daily MIS reports.

• Rapid Screening: Conduct quick telephonic or virtual screening focused on spoken English proficiency, shift flexibility, and role fit.
• Interview Coordination: Manage large walk-in schedules, assessment rounds, and line-manager interviews.
• Pipeline & Target Management: Track daily joining metrics, minimize candidate drop-offs, and maintain daily MIS reports

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, ideally handling volume or BPO staffing.
• Skills: Strong communication, target orientation, multitasking, and proficiency with MS Excel.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with BPO operational dynamics, shift requirements, and rapid joining turnaround times
