Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle recruitment for bulk/volume roles: intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer, and onboarding coordination.
- Design and execute volume hiring strategies (walk‑ins, campus/job fairs, referral drives, digital campaigns) to meet weekly/monthly hiring targets.
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, internal database, agencies, and referrals, maintaining a healthy, proactive talent pipeline.
- Run telephonic/virtual screening, schedule and coordinate panel interviews, and support assessments or group discussions.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer‑to‑join ratio, source mix, funnel conversion, drop‑offs) and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, data accuracy in ATS/trackers, and compliance with labour and D&I guidelines.
- Partner closely with business leaders and HRBPs to forecast demand, plan drives, and align hiring quality and timelines.
- Drive employer branding during drives/events and ensure a superior candidate experience at every touchpoint.
Required qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Experience: 06 to 2 years of recruitment experience, with at least [A] years in high‑volume/bulk.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills for junior/mid‑level, repetitive or ramp‑up roles.
- Hands‑on with ATS/Excel, recruitment trackers, and job portals.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills; comfortable working with aggressive targets and tight timelines.
Preferred attributes
- Data‑driven, comfortable working with dashboards, and able to present hiring insights to business.
- Experience in hospitality industry (Hotel or hospitality).
- Preferred from Hotel or hospitality industry.
- Industry experience: Hospitality (HM), BPO, sales.
- Experience with events (walk‑ins, campus/job fairs, referral drives, digital campaigns).
