Job summary

Spinny in Gurugram is hiring a Sales Recruitment specialist to own end-to-end recruitment for sales roles. You will drive bulk hiring across multiple locations, source candidates via portals, referrals, social media, and vendors, and screen candidates for role fit and communication skills.

You will manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to joining, track recruitment metrics, collaborate with hiring managers, and deliver against targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales recruitment, with bulk/volume hiring.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume sales hiring mandates.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ownership and leadership to drive hiring requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales roles.
• Drive bulk/volume hiring across multiple requirements and locations.
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, employee referrals, vendors, and other relevant channels.
• Screen candidates and assess them based on role requirements, communication skills, experience, and overall fit.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and joining.
• Maintain and track recruitment metrics including pipeline, interviews, offers, joining, and conversion ratios.
• Work closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Take complete ownership of assigned hiring mandates and deliver against defined hiring targets.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality, pipeline strength, and hiring TAT.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Identify hiring challenges and proactively work on solutions to achieve recruitment targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Recruitment, specifically in bulk/volume hiring.
• Strong hands‑on experience in managing high-volume Sales hiring mandates.
