Job summary

GramPro Business Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an HR Executive with fresh or 1 year in recruitment/Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end hiring across the region.

You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely closures, source candidates through portals, social media, referrals, campus drives, and more, and plan interview drives. Travel across locations is expected for sourcing and stakeholder meetings, with a focus on high-quality closures.

Qualifications

• Freshers or 1 year in recruitment may be considered.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel extensively for recruitment activities.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements with time-bound closures.
• Knowledge of local talent markets and sourcing methods is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requirements.

• Plan and conduct interview drives, walk-ins, and recruitment activities.
• Travel to different locations for recruitment drives and stakeholder meetings.
• Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and follow up until joining.
• Maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Track recruitment progress, interview schedules, offers, and joining status via MIS.
• Ensure positions are closed within the required TAT while maintaining candidate quality.
• Develop and maintain a strong local candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.
