Job summary

Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies is hiring for a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end bulk hires across Non-IT roles and drive high-volume sales recruitment. You will source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean search, referrals, social media and other channels, and partner with hiring managers to close openings efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end bulk hirings across Non-IT roles.
• Drive high-volume sales hiring including Field Sales, Inside Sales, BDA/BDM and Business Development roles.
• Source candidates through various channels including Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and social media.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive timely closures.
• Track recruitment funnel, sourcing metrics and targets to improve conversions.
• Ensure a smooth candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.

Job description

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end bulk hirings across Non-IT roles.
• Drive high-volume Sales hiring including Field Sales, Inside Sales, BDA/BDM and Business Development roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Boolean Search, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive timely closures.
• Track recruitment funnel, sourcing metrics and hiring targets to improve conversions.
• Ensure a smooth candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements :

• Min 1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Strong experience in bulk Hirings, preferably across Non-IT roles.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume hiring and aggressive recruitment targets.
• Strong sourcing, communication, stakeholder management and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Good-to-Have:

• Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, or campus hiring initiatives.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
• Experience working on hiring ramp-up plans or project-based high-volume recruitment.
• Certifications in sourcing/recruitment tools or HR analytics.

• Work Location: Hyderabad ( On-site )
• Working Days: 6 days
• Work Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM
