Job summary

Growth For Impact in Mumbai is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to drive bulk hiring and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sales roles. You will source, screen, and coordinate interviews, while negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.

You will build a strong talent pipeline and track recruitment metrics to support timely closures in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven experience in bulk hiring for sales roles.
• Experience using multiple sourcing channels and handling high-volume recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good negotiation and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment tools.
