Job summary

Gignite Bpo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive / Recruiter to manage end-to-end non-IT recruitment from Ameerpet, Hyderabad. The role requires 1–2 years of experience and a strong ability to source, screen, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

The incumbent will handle offer negotiations, pre-joining formalities, and dream up a robust candidate pipeline to meet targets, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience in non-IT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements and job descriptions from hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary and manage offer discussions.
• Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure candidates join as scheduled.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring non-IT positions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Meet recruitment targets and turnaround times.
