Ascentiq Staffing Business Solutions in Noida is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end IT recruitment for mid to senior roles. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to deliver strong hires.

The role requires 1+ year of IT recruitment experience, experience with contract-to-hire, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri. You will maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with contract-to-hire (C2H) recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies and hiring trends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience using sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Naukri.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle IT recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across various technologies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through portals, LinkedIn, networking and internal databases.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and assess technical fit.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, negotiate offers and support onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers for seamless hiring delivery.

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Executive

Location: Sec-62,Noida

Working Days: 5 (Monday Friday)

Timings: 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM(morning shift)

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled IT Recruiter with strong communication, stakeholder management, and end-to-end hiring expertise. The ideal candidate has 1+ years of experience in sourcing and closing IT roles across multiple technologies and understands the fast-paced demands of the tech hiring ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle IT recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across various technologies.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate technical fitment with precision.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers for seamless hiring delivery.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, dashboards, and weekly reports.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 1+ years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
• Experience working on contract to hire roles(C2H)
• Strong knowledge of IT skills, technologies, and hiring trends.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) with a professional and engaging approach.
