Job summary

OnO Creators in Noida/Delhi NCR is seeking a proactive HR Executive Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring and ensure timely closure of open positions.

You will lead sourcing through portals, social networks, and referrals, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and drive offer discussions while maintaining recruitment reports. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring 1–3 years of recruitment experience and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.
