Job summary

Mars Planning & Engineering Services in Noida seeks a detail‑oriented Recruiter to support our end‑to‑end hiring process. You will source, screen, schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, ensuring a smooth candidate journey from first contact to onboarding.

The ideal candidate has 6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience in engineering backgrounds (Railways/highways/water preferred), strong communication, and proficiency with job portals

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of recruitment/talent acquisition in engineering background (preferrable Railways / highways / Water)
• Good knowledge of sourcing tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple positions simultaneously
• Proactive, self-driven and target-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening and scheduling interviews
