Job summary

Lenskart is seeking a Bulk Hiring Specialist to drive high-volume recruitment for sales and store leadership roles in Rajkot. You will own sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes to ensure timely closures.

The role emphasizes collaboration with store teams, data tracking, and proactive candidate engagement to optimize joining ratios and drive conversions.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume hiring for roles like Sales Associate and Store Manager.
• Source candidates from multiple channels (job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and consultancy partners) to build a large pool of candidates quickly.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate walk-in and virtual interview drives to plan and execute regular hiring drives with good turnout.
• Maintain daily hiring tracker updating interviews, selections, offer rollouts, and joining status.
• Manage offer rollout and follow-ups to maximize joining conversions.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and store teams to understand hiring needs and feedback.
• Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT) by closing open positions quickly without compromising quality.
• Handle candidate engagement and communication about interview status, offer details, and joining process to avoid drop-offs.
• Track and reduce dropouts by identifying reasons and improving joining ratios in bulk hiring.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle bulk hiring requirements
  Manage high-volume hiring for roles like Sales Associate, Store Manager, etc., ensuring positions are filled within timelines.
• Source candidates from multiple channels
  Use job portals, walk-ins, referrals, and consultancy partners to get a large pool of candidates quickly.
• Screen and shortlist candidates
  Check profiles, conduct initial calls, and shortlist suitable candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate walk-in and virtual interview drives
  Plan and execute regular hiring drives, ensuring good candidate turnout and smooth interview process.
• Maintain daily hiring tracker
  Update data related to interviews, selections, offer rollouts, and joining status in a proper tracker.
• Manage offer rollout and follow-ups
  Release offers to selected candidates and regularly follow up to ensure maximum joining conversion.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and store teams
  Stay in touch with area managers, cluster managers, and store heads to understand hiring needs and feedback.
• Ensure quick turnaround time (TAT)
  Close open positions as quickly as possible without compromising on candidate quality.
• Handle candidate engagement and communication
  Keep candidates informed about interview status, offer details, and joining process to avoid drop-offs.
• Track and reduce dropouts
  Identify reasons for candidate dropouts and work on strategies to improve joining ratios in bulk hiring.
