Job summary

Jd Hardscapes in Raipur, India is seeking an HR professional to lead recruitment and HR administration. You will manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower indent to candidate joining, coordinate with HODs for manpower planning, and source candidates through Naukri, referrals, consultancies and other channels.

You will oversee onboarding and joining formalities, PF & ESIC registrations, NDA and other HR documents.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in HR, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition.
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment and interview coordination.
• Knowledge of onboarding, HR documentation, PF & ESIC.
• Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from manpower indent to candidate joining.
• Coordinate with HODs for manpower planning and recruitment requirements.
• Source and screen candidates through Naukri, referrals, consultancies and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate evaluation, offer letters and appointment letters.
• Manage pre-onboarding, joining formalities and employee induction.
• Ensure timely PF & ESIC registration and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in Keka HRMS.
• Handle NDA, appointment letters and other HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality and unauthorized leave.
• Coordinate with managers/HODs for KRA setting and feedback on new hires.
• Ensure employee records and HR documents are maintained securely and are audit-ready.
