Job summary

Ficosa India in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment from requisition to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers to craft winning hiring strategies and build strong talent pipelines to meet hiring goals.

You will source top talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, portals, and referrals, drive interviews and offers, and ensure a superior candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in recruitment, preferably in Automotive, Embedded Systems, or ADAS.
• Proven sourcing and full-cycle recruitment expertise.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Proficient with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
