• Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations, to identify and attract top technical talent both domestically and internationally.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screening interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit with our organization.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for all parties involved.
