Job summary

Calsoft is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for technology and engineering roles in Pune. You will partner with hiring managers to understand needs, post openings, screen candidates, and streamline the interview process.

You will drive referrals, analyze resumes, and use data-driven insights to improve search strategies while maintaining candidate engagement through offer negotiations and notice periods.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment experience preferably in Technology and Engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Connect with hiring managers to understand the position based on the job description.
• Publish open positions via job portals, internal websites etc.
• Drive employee referral program to get more referrals
• Search resumes, conduct first-level screening, and forward relevant candidates
• Coordinate interviews between managers and candidates
• Keep candidates informed on candidature status
• Analyze resumes and rejection ratios to improve search
• Negotiate offers and manage notice period
• Maintain contact with candidates during notice period until onboarding

Job Description Duties and Responsibilities.

• Connecting with the hiring managers to understand the position based on the job description.


• Identifying the most effective methods of attracting and hiring the right talent.


• Implementing best recruitment practices to hire the right candidate in a shorter time.


• Publishing open positions via job postings on job portals, internal websites etc.


• Drive employee referral program to get more referrals


• Searching resumes as per job requirements, conducting first-level screening of candidates, and forwarding relevant ones to the hiring managers


• Understands talent landscape and leverages talent, competitor, and location intelligence to drive data-driven decisions that will impact hiring needs.


• Seamless coordination between managers and candidates to schedule interviews


• Keeping the candidates informed on the status of their candidature


• Understanding reasons for resumes and candidate rejections from managers.


• Analyzing resumes and candidate rejection ratio to improvise the search


• Negotiating with the candidates before making the formal offer.


• Keeping constant touch with the candidate during his notice period till he gets onboard
