Svamaan in Mumbai seeks a Talent Acquisition Lead to run end-to-end recruitment, from postings to onboarding, and to build strong pipelines via platforms, social media, and agencies. You will drive campus hiring, partner with academic institutions on employer branding, develop metrics dashboards, and collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in HR, a master’s degree, and strong HRIS/data management

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in HR domain.
• Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
• Strong understanding of HRIS systems, data management, and business process improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
