Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in HR preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience in volume, lateral or niche hiring preferred.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR discussions to assess candidate fitment.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/recruitment trackers regularly.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
• Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support offer rollout, salary negotiation coordination, and pre-joining engagement.
• Generate recruitment MIS, hiring reports and dashboards.
• Build talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment policies, processes, and SLAs.
