Job summary

RPATech (Spawn Ventures Services) is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist in Gurugram to source and screen candidates for IT roles. You will build talent pools, conduct initial telephonic screens and manage candidate data in the ATS/HRMS.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in recruitment, strong sourcing skills on Naukri and LinkedIn, and a solid understanding of Boolean search, CV screening and candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
• Experience in IT/Technical Recruitment preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
• Good understanding of Boolean Search and targeted sourcing.
• Experience in CV screening and candidate assessment.
• Strong telephonic screening and candidate engagement skills.
• Experience in candidate pipeline and talent pool management.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS.
• Good communication, follow-up and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other appropriate recruitment channels.
• Conduct targeted searches using filters, keywords and other sourcing techniques.
• Research and identify the most effective platforms, talent pools, databases and sourcing channels for different roles.
• Build and maintain relevant candidate pipelines and talent pools for current and future hiring requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic screening calls to validate basic candidate information, experience, interest, availability and other role-specific requirements.
• Accurately update candidate profiles, stages, remarks and screening outcomes in the HRMS/ATS.
• Continuously research and experiment with new sourcing methods and talent channels to improve the quality and efficiency of hiring.
