Job summary

HireGenie is seeking a recruiter to understand hiring needs, craft engaging job descriptions, and source candidates across major portals in India. You will screen, interview, and coordinate hiring processes, while maintaining ATS data, pipelines, and timely communications.

The role focuses on delivering a positive candidate experience, managing multiple openings, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Internshala.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Understand hiring requirements and prepare clear, engaging, and relevant job descriptions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Internshala, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the offer process, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups until joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports using an ATS or Excel.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting recruitment timelines and hiring targets.
