Job summary

HireGenie in Mumbai is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to craft engaging job descriptions, source candidates across major portals, and screen applicants to shortlist the best fits.

You will coordinate interviews, manage offers and negotiations, and maintain ATS-driven records while building strong talent pipelines for current and future roles, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Internshala.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple open positions and meet deadlines.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Internshala, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the offer process, salary negotiations, and candidate follow-ups until joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports using an ATS or Excel.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and future hiring requirements.
• Ensure timely communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while meeting recruitment timelines and hiring targets.
