Asian Paints in Mumbai is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales and Volume Hiring, sourcing candidates across job portals, social media, and referrals. You will screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely closures while meeting hiring targets.

• Experience in Talent Acquisition with focus on Sales/Manufacturing and bulk hiring.
• Hands-on sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with a focus on Sales/Manufacturing and Bulk Hiring.

• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools.
