Job summary

Renew in Jaipur is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for Production, Quality and Maintenance roles. You will support campus hiring for ITI, Diploma and B.Tech freshers, building pipelines and coordinating with institutes.

Responsibilities include timely closure of openings, improving joining ratios, and delivering a positive candidate experience, while tracking hiring metrics and MIS/reports in a fast-paced renewable energy environment.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate with hands‑on experience in talent acquisition within a manufacturing environment, with proven expertise in hiring for Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other technical roles.
• Experience in campus hiring for ITI, Diploma, and B.Tech freshers, along with strong stakeholder management and workforce planning capabilities, will be preferred.
