Career Tree Hr Solutions in Noida invites a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and plant operations. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire across production, engineering, quality, maintenance, and supply chain.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruitment, strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management, with experience in blue-collar and white-collar roles. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in manufacturing or related sectors.
• Experience hiring blue-collar and white-collar roles in plant environments.
• Proficient in sourcing via job boards, referrals, social media, and networks.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Familiar with ATS/HRMS platforms and recruitment analytics.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced setting.
• Data-driven mindset with recruitment reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer closure.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and local talent networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting hiring quality standards.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for manufacturing and technical positions.

The incumbent will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent across production, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and support functions. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Hiring

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer closure.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, recruitment agencies, and local talent networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting hiring quality standards.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring priorities.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market insights, and recruitment challenges.
• Support workforce planning initiatives in partnership with business leaders and the Lead TA.

Candidate Experience

• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
• Manage offer discussions and pre-joining engagement activities.

Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical manufacturing and technical positions.
• Participate in job fairs, campus hiring, walk-in drives, and community recruitment initiatives.
• Develop sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and shop floor positions.

Recruitment Operations & Compliance

• Maintain accurate recruitment data.
• Prepare recruitment reports and dashboards on key hiring metrics.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within manufacturing, industrial, automotive, engineering, or related sectors.
• Experience hiring for both blue-collar and white-collar manufacturing roles.
