Job summary

ConChem Labs LLP is seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end recruitment for technical, plant, project, and corporate roles in India.

You will drive campus hiring for trainees and interns, source candidates via portals and referrals, and partner with managers to build strong talent pipelines with a professional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years’ experience in Specialty Chemicals / Infrastructure / Manufacturing industry.
• 6–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Exposure to specialty chemicals, manufacturing, infrastructure, or engineering hiring.
• Experience in campus hiring and volume hiring.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good sourcing skills and a strong hands-on approach to hiring.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, plant, project, and corporate positions.

• Lead campus hiring initiatives for trainees, GETs, DETs, and interns.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and hiring priorities.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing, and campus engagements.
• Screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and support offer closure.
• Handle offer discussions, joining follow-ups, and pre-boarding coordination.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Track recruitment progress and maintain hiring MIS and dashboards.
• Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
