Job summary

Policybazaar is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to join its HR team. The role requires hands-on end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

You will manage sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn and other portals, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, handle offers, and maintain recruitment MIS and trackers. Strong communication, multitasking, and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Hands-on with end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proficient in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and work with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Manage offer discussions and closures.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout hiring.
• Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join the HR team at Policybazaar. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and be comfortable managing multiple hiring requirements across different functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, selection, offer rollout, and onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other relevant channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and business stakeholders.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer discussions, negotiations, and closure of candidates.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and hiring reports.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Meet defined hiring timelines and recruitment targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Good working knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers is preferred.
