Job summary

Integrated Resources in Gurgaon is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to own end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding. You will build talent pipelines, develop hiring plans, and proactively engage candidates across job boards and social networks.

The role requires excellent communication, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This onsite position offers 5-day weeks with Sat-Sun off.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, calling, and interviewing till onboarding.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement.

Responsibilities

Location- Gurgaon( Onsite Role)

Shift Timings- 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM Gurgaon(Cabs available within 15kms)

5 Days working and Sat-Sun fixed Off

Job Description:

• Responsible for the Complete End-to-end Recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, calling, and interviewing till Successful On-boarding.
• Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.
• Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, and networking events to find qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and engagement activities.
• Establish and maintain clear and timely communication with candidates.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and market insights.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
