Job summary

PERSOL in Gurugram seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and business-support roles. You will partner with hiring managers and HR business partners, build pipelines via direct sourcing and referrals, and drive candidate experience, interview coordination, and offers while ensuring ATS data integrity.

Hybrid work with 4 days in office; this is a 1-year contractual role with third-party payroll, offering the chance to influence hiring

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of non-tech recruitment experience, preferably in BFSI.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Expertise in direct sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
• Excellent communication, adaptability, and results orientation.
