Job summary

Quess is seeking a dynamic IT/Non-IT Recruiter with 2+ years of recruitment experience to manage end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles in Bangalore. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate the recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely closure of positions.

You will handle candidates through portals and social platforms, coordinate with hiring managers, build a talent pool and maintain recruitment trackers to meet TAT and quality

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience, IT and Non-IT
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess fit

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment life cycle for IT and Non-IT positions.
• Understand hiring requirements from hiring managers and create effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate fitment.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain recruitment trackers.
• Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process until onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
• Ensure adherence to recruitment metrics such as TAT, quality of hire, and closure rate.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment best practices.
