Job summary

Ciel HR in Bengaluru is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across non-IT functions. The role emphasizes bulk hiring and timely closures, sourcing candidates through various portals, social media, referrals, and databases.

You will screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, negotiate offers, and maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports to support workforce planning.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and follow up for feedback.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet hiring targets.
• Negotiate compensation, check availability, and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure offer acceptance and joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Work with internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and fulfil manpower needs within agreed timelines.
