Vedantu Innovations is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern in Bengaluru (HSR Layout) to support end-to-end recruitment. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while coordinating with hiring managers and maintaining the ATS.

The role involves promoting the employer brand, attending career events, and building a strong talent pipeline. Ideal candidates are pursuing a degree in HR or business, with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to recruitment.

• Provide timely feedback to candidates throughout the process.
• Promote the employer brand through postings, social media and events.
• Represent Vedantu Innovations at career fairs and networking events.
• Maintain records of candidate interactions and hiring activities in the ATS.
• Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to measure hiring effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Handle confidential candidate information with professionalism.

Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm [with additional hours as required]

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create clear, accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview experience.
• Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Promote the employer brand through job postings, social media, and recruitment events to attract top talent.
• Represent the organization at career fairs and networking events to enhance visibility and candidate engagement.
• Maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and hiring activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to measure hiring effectiveness and provide insights for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and ethical recruitment practices.
• Handle sensitive candidate information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
