Job summary

Skillventory, a leading fintech-focused organization, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive in Bangalore. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles and partner with Hiring Managers to source, assess, and onboard top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include leveraging LinkedIn, Naukri, and other portals, negotiating offers, and maintaining a positive candidate experience while tracking core metrics and improving process efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of core recruitment/talent acquisition experience in fintech/tech or startup.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates for niche roles.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools (e.g., Darwinbox, Lever, Greenhouse) and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn).
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

• Utilise multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, direct headhunting, networking and referrals.
• Screen and assess candidate profiles against requirements and culture fit.

• Manage compensation discussions, offer rollouts and candidate engagement to maintain high acceptance.
• Track key TA metrics using ATS like Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Channel Yield.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an energetic, result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team in Bangalore. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across key business functions (Tech, Analytics, Product, Operations, and Business). You will work closely with Hiring Managers to source, assess, and onboard high-calibre talent in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for tech and non-tech roles.
• Utilise multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals (Naukri, Indeed), direct headhunting, networking, and employee referrals.
• Screen and assess candidate profiles against business requirements, role competencies, and cultural fit.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Business Leaders to understand hiring priorities and streamline recruitment funnels.
• Manage compensation discussions, offer rollouts, counter-offer negotiations, and candidate engagement to ensure a high acceptance rate.
• Track and maintain key talent acquisition metrics using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, and Channel Yield.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

KEY REQUIREMENTS & ELIGIBILITY

• 2 to 5 years of core recruitment/talent acquisition experience within a fast-growing Fintech, Product/Tech company, or Startup.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates for niche or high-demand roles.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience with ATS tools (e.g., Darwinbox, Lever, Greenhouse) and Job Portals (Naukri, LinkedIn).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
