Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Assist in offer coordination and joining formalities.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
• Support the HR team in achieving recruitment targets and maintaining hiring turnaround time.
