Job summary

Freyr Energy is seeking a Recruiter to source candidate profiles from multiple channels, screen resumes, and conduct initial HR screening calls. The role includes coordinating interviews, providing timely feedback, and supporting onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is fresh or has limited HR internship exposure, with strong communication and organizational skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment within the Hyderabad location.

Responsibilities

• Source candidate profiles through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes against requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess fit.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates on interview schedules, feedback, and documentation.
• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports.
• Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.
• Support onboarding activities as required.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

• Screen resumes based on job requirements.


• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.


• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.


• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and documentation.


• Prepare daily and weekly recruitment status reports.


• Build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.


• Support onboarding activities as required.


• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good verbal and written communication skills.


• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.


• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.


• Quick learner with a positive attitude.


• Good organizational and time management skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of HR/Recruitment internship experience.


• Passion for Recruitment and Human Resources.


• Confident in speaking with candidates over phone.


• Target-oriented and self-motivated.


• Willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition.
