Role: Talent Acquisition

Exp: 1 to 3 yrs

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to manage end‑to‑end recruitment with a strong focus on IT and contractual hiring. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding top talent to meet our organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Identify and engage qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure smooth hiring coordination.
• Conduct interviews and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
• Lead offer discussions, negotiate compensation, and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and detailed records.
• Ensure proactive communication with candidates and internal teams.
• Achieve hiring targets in a fast‑paced and high‑pressure environment.
