• Screen and shortlist based on role fit and culture.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Lead offer discussions, salary negotiations, and closures.
• Track recruitment metrics, dashboards, and pipeline performance.
• Drive employer branding and candidate engagement.
• Leverage AI tools, ATS, and automation to improve hiring efficiency.
