Job summary

Creative Newtech Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to own end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions in Mumbai. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, build sourcing strategies, and manage the candidate journey from intake to offer.

You will source via LinkedIn and other channels, conduct structured interviews, coordinate panels, and drive timely feedback and decisions.

• Experience owning end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
• Ability to define JDs and sourcing strategy for each requisition.

• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels; conduct structured screening interviews.
• Manage the interview process end-to-end: coordinating panels, scheduling, collecting structured feedback, and driving candidates through rounds.
• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a strong candidate experience at every stage.
• Run the pre-offer and offer process: documentation, salary approvals, offer creation, and negotiation.
• Maintain hiring trackers and dashboards, and report on pipeline health, TAT, and closure metrics to stakeholders.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define JDs, and build a sourcing and screening strategy for each requisition.


• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels; conduct structured screening interviews to assess role and culture fit.


• Manage the interview process end-to-end: coordinating panels, scheduling, collecting structured feedback, and driving candidates through each round without unnecessary delays.


• Act as the primary point of contact for candidates through the process, ensuring a strong candidate experience at every stage.


• Run the pre-offer and offer process: documentation, salary approvals, offer creation, and negotiation, with a sharp eye for accuracy and compliance with internal policy.


• Maintain hiring trackers and dashboards, and report on pipeline health, TAT, and closure metrics to stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong stakeholder management skills comfortable working with hiring managers, HRBPs, and leadership, and able to influence without direct authority.


• Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and comfort operating with tight timelines and multiple concurrent requisitions.
