Job summary

OYO is seeking a recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring for its International Sales and Business Development teams. You will own the candidate journey from sourcing to offer, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for every applicant.

Based in Gurugram, you will collaborate with hiring managers, coordinate interviews, maintain pipelines in the ATS, and contribute to employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for International Sales and Business Development positions.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS/recruitment trackers.
• Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
