Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a set of open roles from intake to offer.
• Source active and passive candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and referrals.
• Run first-round screens to assess skill and fit, giving clear signals to managers.
• Coordinate interviews end-to-end, including scheduling and candidate communication.
• Maintain a clean ATS and craft candidate-facing messaging to reflect the brand.

The role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to be a driving force behind how we grow teams — both ours and our clients'. You'll own the full-cycle recruiting experience: sourcing candidates, running screens, coordinating interviews, and keeping every process moving. This is a high-impact seat for someone early in their recruiting career who wants real ownership, not just scheduling. You'll work directly with hiring managers and see the results of your work in every person who joins.

What you'll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a set of open roles — from intake with the hiring manager to offer acceptance.
• Source active and passive candidates across LinkedIn, Naukri, job boards, and referral channels, and build healthy top-of-funnel pipelines.
• Run first-round screens that assess both skill and fit, and give hiring managers a clear, honest signal on every candidate.
• Coordinate interviews end to end — scheduling, candidate communication, and keeping every loop on track.
• Keep the ATS clean and up to date so pipeline data is always accurate and reportable.
• Craft candidate-facing messaging that reflects the brand and keeps people engaged throughout the process.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements and improve time-to-hire.

What we're looking for

• 1–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in-house or at an agency serving tech/SaaS clients.
• Strong sourcing instincts — you know how to find and engage candidates who aren't actively looking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; candidates enjoy talking to you.
• Highly organized, with the discipline to manage many candidates and roles without dropping details.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift.

Nice to have

• Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or similar).
• Exposure to technical or product hiring.
• A track record of hitting hiring targets in a startup setting.
