• Proven track record of hiring across roles, especially in fast-paced environments.

• A sense of ownership and bias for action - you're a self-starter who loves to close positions, not just manage them.
• Up-to-date knowledge of sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and hiring trends.

What You ll Do

• Lead Recruitment Across Teams: Own end-to-end hiring for both tech and content roles. From understanding role requirements to closing candidates, you ll drive the entire process.
• Be a Strategic Hiring Partner: Work closely with hiring managers to plan talent needs and create agile hiring strategies that scale with business goals.
• Build & Nurture Talent Pipelines: Source smartly, engage consistently, and hire efficiently. You ll manage talent pipelines and ensure we re always ahead of our hiring targets.
• Deliver Seamless Candidate Experiences: Take charge of the full recruitment lifecycle screening, coordinating interviews, rolling out offers, and onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional candidate journey throughout.
