Job summary

Thoucentric in Bengaluru is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to drive end-to-end hiring, forecast needs, and design hiring drives. You will manage vendor relationships, onboarding, and background verification while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role requires strong communication, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with practice leaders to track and fulfil hiring needs.
• Drive end-to-end talent acquisition process.
• Forecast current hiring needs and design hiring drives.
• Manage vendor relationships for TA, including cost control and delivery.
• Track KPIs like time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and candidate satisfaction.
• Lead employment branding initiatives and sourcing to fill open positions.
• Oversee onboarding and background verification for new hires.

Job Description

• Partner with practice leaders within the organization to track and fulfil ongoing hiring needs
• Drive the end-to-end talent acquisition process
• Determine current hiring needs and producing forecasts
• Design and run hiring drives as and when needed
• Adopt practices that ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the process
• Be adept at vendor management specific to Talent Acquisition Partners inclusive of selection, contract negotiation, controlling costs, and ensuring delivery
• Manage KPIs like time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and candidate satisfaction
• Identify and manage tools and methods to enable the overall recruitment process smoothly
• Lead employment branding initiatives
• Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
• Building the right funnel for all hiring needs through effective and innovative sourcing
• Robust tracking and reporting across all stages of recruitment cycle
• Regularly use metrics to create actionable reports and identify areas of improvement
• Driving the meetings with all internal and external stakeholders
• Manage the end-to end onboarding process for the incoming employees
• Manage the background verification process for the incoming employees
• Innovate on hiring practices by using new methods or channels.
• Keep a lookout for talent available in the market and do specific head hunting as required
