Job summary

Kuku FM is seeking a proactive HR intern to support recruitment and talent acquisition activities in Bengaluru. You will assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while helping manage job postings on major platforms and scheduling onboarding for new hires.

You will maintain candidate databases, track pipeline progress, and support virtual onboarding sessions using Zoom/Teams. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR (internship or project-based experience counts)
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and capability to juggle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
