Maxpo Exhibitions Pvt Ltd. is seeking an entry-level recruitment assistant in Bengaluru to build a strong talent pipeline.

You will source candidates through multiple channels, screen applications, and coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers. You will gain hands-on experience with ATS platforms, MS-Excel, and recruitment databases while learning how hiring decisions are made and what makes candidates stand out.

• Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment databases.
• Strong spoken English for clear communication with candidates.
• Hands-on experience with MS-Excel for data management and reporting.
• Understanding of resume evaluation and candidate qualification criteria.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn recruitment best practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple candidates at once.
