Tsaaro in India is seeking a recruitment intern to support the university batch 2025/2026/2027. You will source candidates, screen resumes, and help manage candidate pipelines across multiple roles.

You will assist with job postings, channel distribution, and tracking responses, while coordinating interview logistics and maintaining candidate records. A strong communicator who is eager to learn HR processes will fit well.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in final semester of a Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• Genuine enthusiasm for recruitment and willingness to learn HR processes from the ground up.
• Strong written and spoken communication, with comfort engaging candidates and team members.
• Comfortable working with MS Excel for data management and MS Office tools for documentation.
• Experience using LinkedIn or recruitment portals to identify and reach out to candidates (valued).
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks with accuracy in a dynamic environment.

What we're looking for:

• Currently enrolled in the final semester of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or recent graduate, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline
• Genuine enthusiasm for recruitment and willingness to learn HR processes from the ground up
• Strong written and spoken communication ability, with comfort engaging candidates and team members
• Comfortable working with MS Excel for data management and MS Office tools for documentation
• Experience using LinkedIn or other recruitment portals to identify and reach out to potential candidates (valued but not required)
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and follow-through in a dynamic environment
