About the Role
As a key member of the integration team, you will:
- Assemble and integrate complete UAV and autonomous systems including mechanical, avionics, and embedded components
- Work closely with mechanical, avionics, and software teams to ensure seamless system integration
- Support testing, validation, and deployment of mission-ready platforms
Key Responsibilities
System Assembly & Integration
- Assemble full systems including airframes, propulsion systems, avionics, and payloads
- Integrate electrical, mechanical, and embedded subsystems into a complete platform
- Ensure proper routing, mounting, and securing of all components
Testing & Validation
- Perform system-level testing, validation, and pre-flight checks
- Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot integration issues across subsystems
- Support ground testing and flight test activities
Prototype & Field Support
- Assist in prototype builds and rapid system iterations
- Support field deployments, testing missions, and demonstrations
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and system inspections
Documentation & Quality
- Maintain integration logs, test reports, and system documentation
- Follow engineering standards, quality processes, and safety protocols
- Ensure consistency and reliability across builds
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical, avionics, and embedded engineers
- Support iterative development and continuous improvement
- Adapt to fast-paced development and deployment cycles
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field
- Strong hands‑on experience in system assembly and integration
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems, electronics, and embedded components
- Familiarity with UAV systems, robotics, or similar platforms
- Experience with tools, wiring, connectors, and fabrication processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with UAVs, drones, or robotic systems
- Exposure to flight testing, field operations, or system deployment
- Knowledge of basic communication systems and sensors
- Experience in troubleshooting multi-disciplinary systems
