Our work spans UAVs, UGVs, and intelligent robotic platforms designed for high-performance, mission-critical applications. We are seeking a Software Engineer (Level III/IV) to design, develop, and deploy software systems for unmanned platforms. This role requires strong programming skills, system-level thinking, and the ability to work across embedded, control, and autonomy stacks.

About the Role

• Develop software for UAVs and autonomous systems including flight control, mission logic, and system integration
• Work closely with avionics, systems, and mechanical teams
• Contribute to building reliable, scalable, and high-performance software systems

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, develop, and maintain software for UAV and autonomous platforms
• Implement control logic, mission planning, and onboard system functionality
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

Embedded & Systems Integration

• Work with embedded systems and onboard computers
• Interface with sensors, communication modules, and hardware components
• Support integration of software with avionics and mechanical systems

Testing & Validation

• Develop and execute software testing and validation strategies
• Debug and resolve system-level issues across hardware and software
• Support simulation, SITL/HITL, and real-world testing

Performance & Optimization

• Optimize software for performance, reliability, and resource efficiency
• Improve system robustness and fault tolerance
• Analyze system behavior and implement enhancements

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (systems, avionics, mechanical)
• Participate in design reviews and technical discussions
• Support rapid development and iterative deployment cycles

Qualifications
